Our standard exam fee is just $30. That $30 covers a full physical assessment with a licensed veterinarian for your dog or cat. Any additional services like vaccines, imaging, dental care, or lab work are quoted separately with a clear estimate before we proceed, so there are no surprises on your final bill.
The $30 exam fee covers a complete head-to-tail physical assessment with one of our DVMs, including checks of the eyes, ears, mouth, skin and coat, lymph nodes, heart and lung sounds, abdominal palpation, and joint mobility. We’ll also discuss diet, behaviour, and overall wellness, and provide tailored care recommendations. If anything beyond the exam is recommended, we’ll always quote it first and only proceed once you approve.
Walk-ins are welcome during our open hours for non-emergency concerns, and booking ahead is recommended so we can reserve time for your pet. We’re locally owned and operated, and our goal has always been to make quality vet care accessible to more pet families across North Surrey. By keeping our $30 exam fee straightforward and pricing every additional service transparently, we want families to bring their dogs and cats in early rather than waiting until something becomes urgent. The exam fee covers a full physical assessment with a licensed DVM, and any further care is always quoted upfront.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Interac debit, and cash. Scratchpay financing is available if you’d like to spread larger care plans over time. We also work with claims from most major Canadian pet insurance providers (including Trupanion, Petsecure, Pets Plus Us, and OVMA) and provide detailed itemized invoices for fast reimbursement.
Welcome! Fill out our New Client Intake Form online before your visit, bring any past records from your previous vet, and arrive about 10 minutes early. Your first visit is where we get to know your dog or cat, review their full history, and build a care plan together. Book online or call (604) 581-1108 to schedule.
